Important Announcement From The Auditor
Effective May 18, 2020 the Sandusky County Auditor’s Office will re-open to the public with some restrictions due to COVID-19. All individuals entering the Real Estate Office or the MAPS office will be required to wear a mask. Only one person at a time will be allowed in the offices and we ask that you respect social distancing. Please limit your visit to the offices to once per day.
With the uncertain progression of COVID-19, our main concern remains with the health of the public and county staff. I am encouraging you to continue using the drop box, email, mail or phone to communicate with our offices.

The Budget Commission has established the following dates for the 2020 meetings. All meetings are scheduled for 10:00 A.M. in the Auditor's Office, located on the first floor of the Sandusky County Courthouse, 100 S. Park Ave., Fremont, OH 43420.

The Budget Commission meets the first Monday of February and August per ORC 5705.27. All requests for the Amended Certificates or Revenue adjustments need to be made to the Auditor's Office one week prior to those meetings.

The delinquent taxpayer page lists prior years delinquent taxpayers. Parcel number, owner name, address and the amount owed are provided in the list.
